Weekly Rate: $200 (attending 4-5 days per wk)
Daily Rate: $50
Transportation Fee: $16 per wk if attending on a bus field trip day

Registration Deadline: April 1, 2017 Turn in completed registration, financial agreement appropriate to your grade group, and a copy of immunication records. (If space allows, we will accept registrations after this deadline.)

CHOOSING DAYS TO ATTEND Families are free to choose any combination of days and weeks that work for their schedule. If a camper attends on a chartered bus field trip day s/he must attend at least one other day that week.

KIDCHECK We use the KidCheck computer system for check-ins and check-outs. All campers must be registered in this system prior to their first day of camp. One parent/guardian must be the account creator and listed as the primary guardian. S/he must add the other parents and guardians who will check-in and check-out the children. Every person who checks out the children must be entered in the system for the safety of your children. Parents/guardians should not create separate accounts; this causes children to be checked in and out incorrectly. Go to https://go.kidcheck.com to create a free account.

REGISTRATION A separate registration form is required for each child. More than one child may not be listed on the same registration.

IMMUNIZATION FORMS For school aged children, a copy of a physical is not required. However, the child emergency contact form page must be completely filled out for the registration form to be accepted. A copy of the child’s immunization is required prior to the first day of camp.

MEDICAL CONCERNS If your child has asthma, severe allergies, or other medical needs, a health plan form signed by both your physician and a parent must be turned in with the medication. This must be turned in directly to Gloria Roggow, and reviewed with her at that time. It cannot be dropped off without review. To access health forms on the website, click on "extended care", then "documents."

STAFF: All of our full time staff members are at least 18 years of age, have experience with school age children, and have had a background check. Many of them have previously worked at St. John’s summer camp or before/after school care.

RATIO: The required ratio is 1 staff member per 15 children. Our ratio is usually 1:10. On chartered field trips and during weekly swimming times, our ratio is 1:7 or less.

GROUPS: The children are divided into the following groups for the main activities of the day: those entering 1st grade, those entering 2nd grade, those entering 3rd & 4th grade, those entering 5th - 8th grades.

Charter of the Rockies is back to provide transportation!
